Spring cleaning urges combined with some major nesting called for some new cleaning products!! I’ve been having so much fun getting our home organized and ready for our second sweet addition (who is arriving in a few weeks or less, how crazy is that?!) I discovered Albertsons’ new line of Open Nature household cleaning products and have been loving them since! Being that I’m pregnant, I knew I wanted to use products that were safe for the home, yet still tough on messes and these products delivered. They are safe, dye free, containing biodegradable ingredients, and also have fragrance and perfume free options.
If you’ve followed me for a while you may know that I don’t have the best track record of being a “great cleaner,” but have really tried to prioritize this and wanted to become one. Not sure what happened – but during this pregnancy it’s like something clicked in my head and now all of a sudden I want everything clean! It’s a miracle! Haha. I feel like a clean home sets the atmosphere to relax, when there is clutter or a mess I just don’t feel quite as peaceful!
I used to not enjoy cleaning and now here are some of the habits I’ve implemented that help make our home feel cozy and clean:
- Make Kyle and I’s bed every morning – I feel like this helps to keep our room clean because when you have a bed that’s made, it just makes your whole room feel fresh and neat!
- I pick up our home each night before going to bed, and do a quick wipe down if needed with the Open Nature All Purpose Cleaner.
- I do a load of dishes and laundry each day (most days 🙂 ) and this helps to not be overwhelmed with either from the pile up! I’ve been using the Open Nature Dish Liquid and have been loving how light yet powerful it is!
Hope you all have an amazing day, and if you’d like to pick up some of these products you can find them exclusively at your local Albertsons’ or any of the Albertsons’ Companies family of stores, including Safeway, ACME Markets, Jewel-Osco, Vons, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Shaw’s, Star Market, and Carrs/Safeway.
