New Workout Routine

I started doing this 12 week transformation workout about a week ago and it’s safe to say I’ve been extremely sore every day since. I decided I’m finally going to be fully dedicated to get in shape… and so far so good! I’ve had all the baby weight off from Lilly for a while now, but when I had her I lost pretty much all the muscle tone I had (which wasn’t much haha). So now that the baby weight is off I really am looking to get toned. I’m totally one of those people who gets motivated by new workout clothes haha! The workout bag and yoga mat are my favorite because they are so colorful!! It also helps a lot that my friend and (almost) sister-in-law come to the gym with me sometimes, because honestly if it weren’t for them I don’t think I’d be getting up so early in the morning to workout! Yay for friends to keep me accountable!

Kyle and I eat really clean already, but my main issue has been getting enough protein in to maintain and build muscle. I’m not a huge meat person so I’ve stocked up on healthy protein and feel like I’ve already made so much progress in just this past week!! I’m really excited to see the results after the full 12 weeks!
